LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN has come to a close. A narrative based dance theatre production written & choreographed by Daniel Ryan. One of the most challenging performances ever presented by DanceArts United students, and it was performed to perfection. The mysterious world brought to life on the MDC Theatre stage was unique and wonderful. Being taken on a new and never seen before journey was refreshing and hinted at exciting new performances for the future. Mystery, drama, hope, fear, anxiety, sadness and beauty all rolled into one enigmatic show. These elements were portrayed perfectly by these amazing young dance artists. Audiences were left in awe of what they had seen and were able to feel the dread, the helplessness and the hope the characters experienced on their journey through this other-world. Congratulations to all involved. How very wonderful you all are to be able to take your audience to a far-away land where creatures roam in the dark and where only the light can show you the way. Thank you to all DanceArts United students and to Sarah McKenzie, Sussie Crook, Ada Cattarinussi, Stacey Barlow for all your incredible efforts. We adore you.

LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN is a narrative based dance theatre production that weaves three interconnecting stories to tell a dark fairytale that follows the separate paths of three young people who have found themselves rejected and discarded by their lives.
